My mom LOVES these mugs so when I saw this one released I knew I had to get it for her!! She’s a teacher and only had holiday ones so this was the perfect valentines gift!! She was so excited:)

It’s pretty but I’m having hard time to drink out of it the way it’s made it’s not good.

If this is a lid flow concern, to help with this, we’ve made the slider removable for easy and thorough cleaning.

We encourage you to check out our Care Instructions video, which demonstrates how to remove the slider for cleaning. A link to this can also be found under the Support column. After each use, especially with thicker drinks like smoothies or darker beverages like coffee, we recommend rinsing or washing the lids right away. This simple step can make a big difference in maintaining their quality.

Swig is the only insulated cup brand I use! I LOVE all their cute prints and the quality is unmatched!

The only negative I have is that the drinking hole is a little small lol. Otherwise, it is very colorful and seems well made!

We have received this feedback in the past and so have developed a new lid called our EZ Slider lid. In the future we hope to have it come standard with most of our Swigs though this can always be confirmed by checking the details section on the product page.
