Damage & Warranty Information

We are committed to providing excellent quality and service. Your satisfaction is important to us as part of the Swig Life family. If something goes wrong with your Swig Life drinkware, cooler, bag, or lunch bag, we will do our best to rectify the situation in a timely manner.

Swig Life offers a one-year limited manufacturer warranty and a 90-day finish warranty for all drinkware, coolers, bags, and lunch bags. This warranty applies strictly to the original owner of authentic Swig Life items purchased through swiglife.com or authorized reseller/boutique with proof of purchase. This warranty is void if the product is intentionally altered in any way (such as etching a monogram or adding vinyl stickers), subjected to use beyond the physical limits of the materials, or is damaged as a result of prolonged normal use.

For the damage or warranty claim process to move forward, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Your claim must be for an authentic Swig Life product purchased via swiglife.com or another authorized Swig Life retailer within the last 365 days (90 days for accessories) and have a swiglife.com order number or proof of purchase if available or required.
    1. Proof of purchase is not required to submit a claim for Swig Life Drinkware or Accessories, but we reserve the right to request it for certain situations.
    2. We are unable to accept claims for Swig Life Coolers/Bags without a receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. You must have used the product only as intended and according to the product's care instructions and the respective warranty conditions below. Care and use instructions can be found under the 'Description' section of your specific item on swiglife.com.
  3. You must provide a brief description and clear image(s) of the product showing the manufacturing defect.

Products included under warranty: All Swig Life drinkware, coolers, bags, and lunch bags purchased within the last 365 days (and accessories within the last 90 days) with proof of purchase from swiglife.com or from an authorized Swig Life reseller/boutique. If your claim is approved for replacement, the same product will be replaced based on stock availability. If your item was a gift and you have no proof of purchase, we will not be able to accommodate your claim. If your item was damaged during shipping from another authorized reseller/boutique, please contact the reseller/boutique directly. We only accept claims for items damaged during transit if purchased on swiglife.com.

Drinkware Warranty

What is covered:

  • Defects in material and workmanship
  • Qualifying finish defects up to 90 days after purchase
  • Defective hot and/or cold retention
  • Damage sustained during transit

What is not covered:

  • Natural degradation of materials and colors over prolonged use, improper care, or any form of misuse that does not align with care instructions
  • Dented products from being dropped or misused
  • Scratches or abrasions from another surface
  • Fading or peeling from general use or cleaning products
  • Product that has been laser-etched or monogrammed by an authorized reseller or homemade
  • Loss or theft
  • Any product purchased as "final sale" on swiglife.com or at discount resellers

If your Personalized Swig ordered on swiglife.com arrived damaged, please reach out to hello@swiglife.com with a photo of the damage and your order number so we can make it right!

Coolers, Bags, and Lunch Bags Warranty

What is covered:

  • Defects in material and workmanship
  • Qualifying finish defects up to 90 days after purchase
  • Damage sustained during transit

What is not covered:

  • Laminated Tote Bags
  • Natural degradation of materials and colors over prolonged use, improper care, or any form of misuse that does not align with care instructions
  • Normal wear and tear such as cuts, punctures, tears, fraying, and blemishes
  • Leaking from zipper
  • Color fading caused by sun exposure
  • Scratches or abrasions from another surface
  • Product that has been monogrammed or embroidered in any fashion
  • Loss or theft
  • Any product purchased as "final sale" on swiglife.com or at discount resellers

Accessory Limited Warranty

Products included under warranty: Swig Life accessories (straws, lids, caps, bases, tea infuser, cocktail shaker, beverage coolies) purchased within the last 90 days with proof of purchase from swiglife.com or from an authorized Swig Life reseller/boutique. If your item was a gift and you have no proof of purchase, we will not be able to accommodate your claim. If your item was damaged during shipping from an authorized reseller/boutique, please contact the reseller/boutique directly. We only accept claims for items damaged during transit if purchased on swiglife.com.

What is covered:

  • Defects in material and workmanship
  • Qualifying finish defects up to 30 days after purchase
  • Damage sustained during transit

What is not covered:

  • Natural degradation of materials and colors over prolonged use, improper care, or any form of misuse that does not align with care instructions
  • Dropped or cracked accessories
  • Scratches or abrasions from another surface
  • Loss or theft
  • Any product purchased as "final sale" on swiglife.com or at discount resellers
  • Beach Buddies, Beach Balls, Laminated Tote Bags, and Ice Packs

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

At this time, we are unable to process Canadian, International or Non-Contiguous United States claims that were not placed directly on swiglife.com. If you purchased your Swig Life product through another retailer, please contact that retailer directly about a replacement.
