The Surprise Swigs are not chosen individually for each order and are not random - they are a set item selected by our team and typically change weekly or bi-weekly depending on the season. Surprise Swigs are final sale, so they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Many of our customers will gift their Surprise Swigs if they aren't in love with what they receive, so we hope that you will be able to gift it or keep it as a backup!

Luckily I liked the surprise pattern

I really like the mega mug design. The size is great and the handle makes the eight when full manageable to hold. Always worry what pattern you’ll get with the surprise mug but luckily I got one that I liked.
