Glad they offer replacements!

I have an elderly family member that uses Swigs for her daily coke. She often drops her Swig and has broken the lid several times. I'm so grateful for the replacement lids! Swigs have the best design for her and she loves them.

A new sliding lid was sent to me since had broken the slider of a lid removing the slider to clean it. Very impressed with Swig and their customer service. I just love Swig mugs and especially the 22 ounce one tumbler.

I love the way the lids fit and the slide but coffee stains do not come out either in the dishwasher or washing by hand even after soaking. Makes it look gross and dirty after a few uses.
